ARTIFICATION: IDEAS AND PRACTICES
The research project Artification and Its Impact on Art will arrange
a three-day conference on the theme of artification in August 2012.

The second symposium, Aesthetics, Art, and Politics, was arranged
from the 6th of May to the 7th of May 2010 in Helsinki, Finland,
together with the Finnish Society for Aesthetics. The keynote speaker
was Professor Aleš Erjavec from the University of Ljubljana,
Slovenia.

The first symposium Artification 2009 - Practices took place in
Joensuu, Finland in November 2009. The keynote speaker was Professor
Yuriko Saito from the Rhode Island School of Design, USA.
